REBECCA MACDONALD Executive Chair  Rebecca MacDonald was a founder of Just Energy (formerly Energy Savings) and has held the position of Exective Chair since the Fund's IPO. From the Fund's IPO to March 2005, Ms. MacDonald also held the position of Chief Executive Officer. KEN HARTWICK, C.A. Chief Executive Officer and President Ken Hartwick joined  the company in April 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to President in 2006 and assumed the additional position of Chief Executive Officer in June 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Hartwick was Chief Financial Officer of Hydro One Inc.

THE HON. HUGH D. SEGAL President, Institute for Research on Public Policy Hugh Segal became president for the Institute for Research on Public Policy in July 1999. From November 1998 to July 1999, Hugh Segal was a Senior Fellow, School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University. BRIAN R.D. SMITH Federal Chief Treaty Negotiator and Energy Consultant Brian Smith is the Federal Chief Treaty Negotiator and Energy Consultant, a position he has held since June of 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Smith was the Chair of British Columbia Hydro, a position he held from 1996 to June, 2001. THE HON. MICHAEL J.L. KIRBY Member of Senate of Canada and Corporate Director The Honourable Michael Kirby has been a member of the Senate of Canada since 1984. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Kirby served as Chair of the Standing State Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce and presently serves as Chair of the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology. He is also a director of a number of energy and energy-related corporations and income funds. THE HON. GORDON D. GIFFIN Senior Partner, McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP The Honourable Gordon D. Giffin served as the United States Ambassador to Canada from August 1997 to April 2001 after which he returned as Senior Partner to McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP (law firm). THE HON. R. ROY McMURTRY Counsel, Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP The Honourable R. Roy McMurtry is counsel at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP (law firm). Prior to this, he served as the Chief Justice, Province of Ontario from February 1996 to May 2007. THE HON. BRUCE GIBSON Principal, Ryan Inc., Austin Office

The Honourable Bruce Gibson leads the Public Affairs practice at Ryan Inc. Prior to this position Mr. Gibson was Chief of Staff to Texas Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst and Bob Bullock. In addition he served six terms in the Texas Legislature.
